Do you need to prove your English language level for a UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) application?
IELTS is on the UKVI list of approved Secure English Language Tests (SELT). If you need an IELTS test result as part of your application to UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI), you will need to take your test at a specific test location authorised by UKVI.

Please note: if you are applying for a Tier 4 student visa to a Highly Trusted Sponsor (HTS), please check the official Register of Sponsors before you apply.
On 11 January 2019 there will be an opportunity to take the IELTS Life Skills test (modules A1/B1) and on 12 January 2019 UKVI IELTS Academic test in Dushanbe.
Both tests will be arranged by the British Council Kazakhstan and will take place at 47A Druzhba Narodov Street, University of Central Asia, Dushanbe, Tajikistan [Find on Google Maps].

The cost of IELTS UKVI test is £200 and IELTS Life Skills £150. All interested candidates must pay the examination fee online at the time of registration.
