Awarded project representatives from all programme countries and the UK have met in Tbilisi, Georgia for the first time on 20–21 November 2018 for the “Creative Spark Programme Partners Meeting and Policy Dialogue Conference" to kick off their partnership plans.
During the event, national level policy experts, and the awarded project leads from the UK and the seven programme countries had the unique opportunity to share their national policies, strategies and implementation plans, exchange partnership plans between universities and other organisations and agree on future principles and themes of programme implementation.
At the bottom of the page you can download the full statement we came up with during this event, which will guide the programme participants.
