We reflect on, and celebrate the achievements of Vocational Education Exchange magazine.
Vocational Education Exchange magazine December 2016
Welcome to December's edition of Vocational Education Exchange.
As we approach the end of 2016 and begin to look towards a new year, we think this would be a fantastic opportunity to take a glance over our shoulder: to reflect on, and celebrate, the year that has past.
This month, we will reflect on the magazine’s achievements. But also, more importantly, celebrate the achievements of our readers and their students. This issue contains case studies, guidance, and top-tips to help you and your students to reflect on, improve and celebrate your work. And, as we will see, there is much to be celebrated!
E-portfolios store students' progress, feedback and achievements digitally but why do they enhance students' results? We have compiled a top ten list to answer this question.
Competitions provide a fantastic opportunity to celebrate the skills and achievements of students.
We are delighted to share a tool to help teachers think about how they might challenge their students to learn actively.
In January we will be introducing a new feature: the skills doctor, who will be responding to your questions. Read more about the skills doctor and submit your questions.
A college in Kazakhstan has created and implemented a multilingual vocational programme. Read a summary of their project and its results here.
